Referring to a discussion related to Wallester's collecting customer's data but doing nothing useful, I had a similar kind of experience with a Dutch EMI called Yoursafe.
Well, this sadly becomes a common practice: you get your account and your IBAN within 10 minutes but can't do anything until you're really on-boarded, which may take months or eternity. I was not even rejected, they just said it would take some time. I've been waiting for 6 months without any update and now that enough is enough and it's normal to remind them I'm still waiting, they don't bother to reply. That's what we call "avoir de la classe" .
Does anyone else know these folks ?

Yes, I know the founder J.Z., he was also the owner of Freenom.

Personally, I do not actively use Yoursafe, but I know an adult marketing agency that does,︁ and they have positive opinions on it.

Nevertheless, I think the focus is practically fixed︂ on adult content and similar sectors. This is also the priority of their other subproducts︃ like Verotel. So I think you might've not been onboarded because you do not fit︄ the target audience.

What is the goal of your account opening? Maybe I or the︅ many other forum members can suggest a reasonable alternative.

Thanks for replying. In‍ fact, on reading your answer I have the feeling that I would be better off had I been in the adult entertainment.😉If only I had known that ! In⁤ a way, I actually am in a business for adults because it's scientific and technical⁣
consulting, IP and design which by no means is an activity for children.😉

My goal⁢ is to find a decent payment processor and card issuer for my Company. I have︀ a bank account and a brokerage account but those aren't suitable for small payments and︁ fees. No CRS, of course, otherwise I wouldn't be coming here....
And yes, of course,︂ I may not be within their target area. OK. What I'm criticizing is that they︃ aren't doing the on-boarding
the fair way. They should start with eligibility issues and say︄ "no" if it is to be a "no" at some early stage. They never said︅ I was
rejected. They just said nothing.

We managed to get on-boarded with them but did not get a chance to work‌ a lot with. You can't receive 3rd party transfers, not sure if that has changed‍ ever since.

In fact it is a re-branded bitsafe. I am sure those working in adult industry heard about it. Very very slow and difficult to deal with.

They look very good to me if what they advertise is what you get. I will try to⁤ contact them to see how responsive they are and eventuelly open an account then.

I don't think it's particularly interesting for other‍ business sectors, and they don't really onboard them much either. Maybe something adjacent, e.g. affiliate network, CPA platform...

I just tested them with a non adult SaaS offer and got the same impression.‌

The onboarding call was polite, but they made it clear their risk appetite is mainly‍ adult and adjacent verticals (cams, dating, entertainment).

I was soft declined a day later with a “not in target vertical” email and redirected to a partner.

Rates and reserve discussed⁤ were only workable for adult volumes, not for mainstream SaaS or ecommerce.

So yes, they⁣ are good if you are in adult, but for other sectors I would not expect⁢ much traction.
