Hello I need to know if anyone knows about Alliance Bank in Belize they seem to be vanished?

The last contact we had with Alliance Bank was back in July 2009, we never‌ started any cooperation with them.

Still not up... I will try with BMI bank, seems they are better... any other‌ offshore banks you suggest?
