never used them, is it personal or business account you want to open ?

Thinking about it this is why I'm asking in my case is a business account.‌

You can use them without problems, had a look at them, they are at the‌ same risk level as any other european emi.

They are an EMI, so I assume so. However, they do accept crypto, and by‌ accept Crypto, I mean open an account with Kraken or something like that, transfer the‍ crypto there, transfer it to FIAT, and then to your Transferra account.

I already have one EMI but want a backup one that accepts crypto like the scenario above.

Also in the process of opening a Singaporean bank account, I think that should be plenty⁤ of security and backup.

So I wanted to ask people if they have used them⁣ in the past and any personal experience as there is only so much you can⁢ get from their website and google.

Not the best or worst.

Onboarding is fast, support is mostly Russians but they know‌ what they are doing.

Account is crypto-friendly and some high-risk-friendly but the compliance is pretty‍ heavy. Not necessarily that they spend a lot of time on compliance with each transaction, but there is compliance with every one. When money comes in, you should provide at⁤ least one piece of evidence (invoice/contract/screenshot/whatever) and a few sentences about the purpose and involvement.⁣

If you are opening personal or high-risk business mostly you will get an EUR SEPA⁢ with Openpayd. Do not expect much other rails from this service. Anyway, it gets the︀ job done, cards are also OK (usual Wallester), tolerable service.

No problems, it will work perfectly fine since you can‍ use SEPA & SEPA instant for sending to EU banks
