Do I have to pay WY state sales tax?

I run a consultancy business. I'm a tax resident in a South American country, and I was wondering whether I need to pay sales tax in the state of Wyoming (WY), considering that I conduct my consulting business without having any U.S. clients (I only sell to European and South American clients).
