Fred assisted me with getting UAE residency and today I received my first salary of‌ 200k AED, really happy with how smooth everything was!
 
I'm a longtime DLS client, recently started using the new services. I can confirm that‌ everything went smoothly and in line with the agreed terms. Thank you, Fred , glad‍ to continue working with you!
 
I have also received my first WPS today of 100k AED. The whole process was‌ very smooth and fast forward. I have met with Fred in Dubai last month to‍ discuss everything in person, he helped me with getting my residence visa, my Emirates ID⁠ & private bank account in Dubai.

2 days ago I decided to also open a⁤ Panama IBC + HK bank account and we have already started with the process. I⁣ will update here when its done, but I guess its just a matter of days⁢ with Fred.

What is your expected use case? Just to on-ramp or off-ramp crypto?

Based on what’s been said, it sounds⁠ like DLS is legit when it comes to company formation and onboarding in places like⁤ Panama and Dubai, but like with any offshore provider, it probably comes down to expectations,⁣ timelines, and how hands on you want them to be.

I’ve worked with similar firms⁢ in the past, and communication tends to make or break the experience, so it’s good︀ to know upfront what you’re getting into.
Sounds like Fred delivers, but also that you︁ need to stay on top of things to avoid delays.

If anyone has used them︂ recently for crypto related services or more complex structuring (e.g. dual jurisdiction setups), I’d be︃ interested in hearing how that part went.
 
I’m an old DLS client as well but recently met Fred again and am in‌ progress with some of his services. I can confirm he is still getting s**t done‍ just like he used to. He hasn’t even asked for a review here or anything⁠ but I just wanted to give him a shout out in his new thread!
 
indeed. Can confirm this as Ive met quite a bunch of⁣ other fellow clients from Dls dubai in person and ive not been told of a⁢ single miss. One or two were unhappy tho about minor communication issues and such but︀ that cant be helped in such a challenging and fast changing field.

No issues on my side. One of the better offshore providers‍ I've used (and I've used many in the past 10 or so years) !
 
Unfortunately, I can't say very many positive things so far. I contacted him last week‌ and he said he would get back to me, but he never did.

Contacted again‍ 2 days ago, he apologized and wanted to get back to me the same day,⁠ but he didn't and nothing more has come since then. Messages from me are ignored.⁤

So I can't say much about it so far, except that the behavior has left⁣ a not very professional impression.
 
Here goes my review:

Notes:
- I just registered this account to keep anonymity, but‌ my review is real and unbiased. I will try to keep it to the facts‍
- The service was just delivered, I haven't got time to test the setup yet⁠
- Service purchased: 0% Tax Panama Offshore Company + Crypto Cash Out Solution with Hong⁤ Kong Bank

Timing:
- I first contacted Fred (DLS Offshore) on May 3rd, 2025
- I proceeded with the service payment on May 7th, 2025
- Everything was delivered and⁣ working on August 1st, 2025
- In that time period, there were 2 weeks of⁢ bank delays (unrelated to DLS Offshore service)
- In that time period, there was around︀ 1 month that Fred disappeared (for what he later said were personal reasons). But during︁ that month, his team was available via email. In compensation for the delay, Fred offered︂ a compensation gift which I greatly appreciated and made me forget about his month disappearance.︃

Service:
- Except for the month that Fred disappeared, he was always available on Telegram.︄
- His team was always available via email
- He did a pre-service call where︅ he explained everything and discussed/suggested the best options for my situation
- All his team︆ deliveries were done properly and properly explained

Conclusion:
- Fred and his team DLS Offshore︇ did an excellent job. He even went the extra mile providing extra information, tips and︈ freebies
- The only bad thing was the timing. It took way longer than what︉ I was sold in

Would I recommend his service? Definitely yes!

If anything changes in︊ the future, I will update this post.

Extremely happy customer of FRED and DLS Dubai, I have completed multiple transactions with them‌ and never had any issue.

To mention the last miracle that they were able to‍ make happen, they managed to buy, insure and ship a Lamborghini Huracan STO for me⁠ without me having to fly to Dubai. (I do have an Emirates ID that I⁤ was able to get using Fred services).
Using a new account to protect my privacy,⁣ currently on a road trip around Europe so I will attach a picture of the⁢ car with Dubai plates in front of the Colosseum 😎

Just for clarity, I paid for︀ everything in advance without using any escrow, we are talking around $300k in total between︁ the car, DLS fees, shipping and everything else.
I was honestly impressed by the fact︂ that as I soon as I mentioned the possibility of buying this car, Fred sent︃ one of his business partners the very next day, sent videos of the car and︄ did a full pre-purchase inspection and also saved me some money on the purchase without︅ me even having to ask. They really treated it as if it was their own︆ car.

If you are wondering about police stops, the car was shipped with a valid︇ Carnet de Passages en Douane (CPD) in the glove box.

It has always been my impression that‌ Fred delivers.

Sometimes he’s overwhelmed with work and things move terribly slowly, but you can’t‍ fault him for not delivering, he always does.
