I am ready to pay the costs. I just need a bulletproof way to run a legit e-commerce shop online. If anyone can hook me up with a strategy for a offshore entity + bank account + paypal ..Ill be glad to pay for the entire setup.
My CPA's advised me to open a Belize IBC which will own the Wyoming LLC .
Although what I need is just a legit paypal account to accept payments for and when paypal does their routine check , the option to mitigate that risk using legit documents as privacy is not big issue for me.

Why don't you do that.. you live in the USA and if you setip a LLC tou have a US entity so you speak the language you may easely call paypal explain the situation and get the US paypal account, easely verified for instant with Entropay card.
You may setup the LLC first, setup PayPal and then transfer shares to the Belize corp to avoid questions. Can you CPA get you a US bank account too?︀

What if I do Cyprus IBC + Cyprus Bank account with Debit card + legit docs ! Isn' t that a better option ?
I cant open a company in the US. I am on a student visa. But I have friends who can open a company and︀ a bank account.
You won't get it approved by PayPal since they may require you to be a Cypriot in order to open an Cyprus PayPal account.
So what's the problem, sorry not to offent you but why not start this way even there is the risk that your friends will cheat you if you get sufficient funds there.

I don't want to involve my friends . I don't want them to know how much I make . Sometimes its good to stay rich and not talk about it . Then People treat you the same way they do before. I have trust︀ issues as well. It's better to live humbly and be with your original squad than︁ involve them in business and ruin the friendship. It has happened before and I don't︂ like repeating mistakes.
yeah I understand what you mean. Better is to setup your own company structure as initially planned.
How much would a Belize Structure cost me ? Also could you PM me other alternate method to maintain a offshore company with Paypal ?
