cyprus bank is not compatible with transferwise

singapore bank isn't that good either. Hmmmm....

It seems that the only way to fund transferwise cheaply is through regular transfer.

transferwise allow easy money transfer. may be not that essential. It's pretty cool. I can‌ withdraw money from my USBank via ach and the money will be deposited to my‍ indonesian account probably from transferwise in rupiah.

Anyway all‌ I need is very cheap shell corporation. The corporation doesn't have to do anything. The‍ main purpose is so I can open a bank account under a name that is⁠ not me.

In fact, if I can do so without corporation and can do it⁤ as "dba" it'll be even better but I want to stay leggit.

So it's $600⁣ per year in belize right? Anything cheaper? anonymous would be even better.

Which cyprus bank⁢ would you recommend?

Sure it can, but Wonder what the auth. say in the US if you‍ do so. It may be the same when someone in Europe want to let a⁠ Cyprus, BVI or Malta corp. own a German GmbH or a Spanish S.A.R.L. the tax⁤ office will ask tons of questions during the process.

You should⁤ retain a local accountant who is familiar with international tax issues. That said a foreign⁣ company i.e. Belize company can own a USA LLC like nyone can set it up⁢ but I would recommend to retain a local lawyer to help you with the setup︀ once the Belize IBC is registered.

You live in the USA right? so it may be best for‍ you to have a LLC in the USA for all your business. Unfortunately there is⁠ not much information about US corps on this forum ( I searched and found a⁤ few good threads, but nothing compared to some of the domestic forums). What is it⁣ you try to achieve with the Belize corp if you don't mind?

I am not a usa citizen although I am in US for my masters.
I am an Indian and PayPal for India sucks big time.
I cannot open a USA‌ llc on student visa .
Also opening a USA corp/llc subjects me to their complex‍ tax code when I virtually don't run any business inside their territory and just want⁠ to use their corporate structure for finances. I visited 2 lawyers and 4 cpa's and⁤ finally concluded to open a Belize/Cyprus IBC as holding company for a Wyoming corporation /⁣ LLC .

It helps me setup my payment processors using USA bank accounts and any⁢ profit I make can be sent back to my offshore entities to avoid Tax.
Offshore IBC's will hold my IP's ( domain names, hosting accounts, websites, logos and other related︀ IP's) and I will lease them to USA entity.

USA entity will have to pay︁ royalties for using these Intelectual Properties owned by my offshore IBC.

Using this method I︂ can route my money to offshore entities without paying any tax to the US gov,︃ since my US entity will not show any profit at all.

Anonymity is not of importance to me. Since I am running a legit business. And‌ a LLC /corp provides me with enough corporate veil to avoid liabilities incase anyone sues‍ the company.

Do you have an EIN or SSN as far as I know it‍ is required for anything to be setup in the USA unless you are using stripe.com/atlas?⁠ What did the professionals told you when you contacted them, are they unable to help⁤ you with this?
