Hello,

Anyone know where can I submit an application to register a company in Czech republic?

Thankss

You need to know the czech language If you want to register a czech company‌ yourself . Better to use a professionnal incorporator imho.

no you cannot - they are not that far yet...‍
you must either form a new company with the notary or buy a ready-made one (even using the virtual office address) but it will require your physical presence or at⁤ least power of attorney which must be notarized as well... from what I know Czech⁣ embassies and some honorary consulates serve as full fat notaries as well

I suggest domytax.cz . A friend of mine used them many years ago with success.‌

there are‍ literally tens of companies only in Prague providing these services... it has to go through the notary anyways and I don't think you will have any problems - just check⁤ the company history and request documents confirming it's not in debt and ask for the⁣ tax returns and published balance sheet and p&l reports
LLC company (s.r.o.) with no history⁢ and nonVAT payer should be around 500eur through ready-made provider (about 250eur if you form︀ a fresh one yourself)
monthly or quarterly VAT payer will be (way) more expensive, same︁ if you want a company with history or a.s. (stock corporation)

@Ibus thanks I'm contacting them but they are very expensive compared to what I saw‌ in Internet. @void Yes I'm asking that to avoid any scam if people got suggestions‍ it's better. Anyways thanks for the informations guys !

Ok i understand, I'll try them at my own risk but thanks for the recommendation,‌ I'll keep you updated once my company is created it may help some people !!‍
