Cyprus bank account for paypal and alertpay does it works?

Need to know if a Cyprus company + Cyprus bank account can work for Paypal, alertpay and moneybookers and 2co.com thank you.


Any help is much appreciated and will be rewarded $25 paypal for any lead.

I know for sure that Alertpay is not a problem I have a friend who‌ is the reason for why Im here who has entered his Cyprus account details in‍ the Alertpay and can withdraw instantly!
