Dear friends,

Currenxie ran compliance on some large payments and decided to block the account (all the docs were given) and said go ahead and withdraw, we will refund stuck payments. Refunded 5 figures and next day locked it as "other fees" and went dark. Withdrawals are unsuccessful too, everything is stuck for more than 1 month now. Also they wanted a call, which was attempted but the team was late, so they canceled and nothing happens (I assume British nature of their heads). Support is yapping "our CT will be back to you regarding the call". I don't understand one thing, if the account is blocked why withdrawal is not possible - monkeys???

Please help to understand how to manage them, should I write some love letters or seek lawyer in HK?

You will not manage them no matter what. You are being managed by Currenxie and‌ they in turn are managed by their FIU.

It's really strange how they're treating you, especially since I haven’t come across any negative‌ feedback about them before.
What kind of business are you in, and who have you‍ been sending and receiving funds from?

It’s difficult to say why they’re acting this way, but in many cases, there are two sides to every story, and right now we're⁤ only hearing one of them.

I think OP's‌ dealings are quite high risk for most banks after reading his posts. It remains unclear‍ to me what transfer was involved and why they blocked it. @Fouche do you have any insight why they may have started to dislike your business? I guess once it⁤ goes into this, you need both patience and a long breath. Keep asking for refunds,⁣ wait and ask again. Let us know if you can get it out.

Not all of my posts are about the same⁢ business, I think I am not the only one here who trying to figure out︀ different situations. So, I guess it's not shady to ask here completely unrelated questions about︁ the business cases.
Regarding this post - yes you're right there was high risk payment︂ and they has the ground to block the account. It is just unbelievably stupid to︃ hold on such amount for so long. Case is closed, I am just looking for︄ some advice, maybe someone had similar experience with them BECAUSE trustpilot has plenty of the︅ similar cases. I really surprised because here a lot of people offer Currenxie as the︆ good EMI, but in the end they are acting exactly like truspilot displays

I think they have many customers for whom the service works very well. Physical e-commerce‌ paying suppliers, etc. normally works very well with any EMI. Then, here are those high‍ risk cases. Now, look if I pay some guys in Absurdistan from some company account and then questions come, I normally abstain from this and focus on what the service⁤ is for and resort to normal banks for payments that are not exactly their focus.⁣

I would say that in the end, they are more open to higher risk than⁢ most of the other EMIs we normally discuss here. But there are limits too.

My personal advice would be to remain persistent and ask for repayment of the funds. It︀ may be subject to some investigation which I guess you know more about it than︁ us. Hence, you may have to sit that one out before you'll get something back.︂ Call, email and visit them in person to get more information what is holding them︃ back.

Ok

Cause account is blocked.

Not trying to be funny but this is all self inflicted in first place and you must wait however long it will⁤ take them. Internal procedures often take more time than you realize. Your not always gonna⁣ be at top of queue especially if they need to consult legal opinion and wait⁢ on feed back from other parties etc.

I’m honestly‌ not sure how many times this has already been said here on OCT, but Trustpilot‍ is completely irrelevant in the world we operate in. It holds no real value or credibility when it comes to offshore services.

Think about it,how many people with a well-functioning⁤ offshore setup, including a company, bank account, or other structures, are going to post glowing⁣ reviews on Trustpilot? I can tell you: exactly zero.

Now compare that to the number⁢ of disgruntled users, often with no real understanding of how this space works, who rush︀ to leave emotional rants the moment something doesn’t go their way. Those types? Hundreds. Every.︁ Single. Time.

Trustpilot simply doesn’t reflect the reality of this industry. Ignore it. Move on.︂
