Currenxie account, are they still good?

I've had a Currenxie account for a few years now, but haven't really used it actively. Today I logged in, and it's still fully operational without any issues.

For those of you using it regularly, how is it in day-to-day use, and is Currenxie still considered reliable?

It is fantastic. Better than direct compettitor: Statrys which is also kind of O.K.

Can only confirm no problems with them what so ever, have made bank transfers all‌ over Europe.

They are not good IMO as I used⁤ them for a year, no issues, and then did not transfer for like 3 weeks.⁣ Then I get an email we are closing your account. When I asked why they⁢ stoped responding and they are putting the ticket into awaiting customer reply, so it's not︀ in open status.

No reputable company acts like this, even if they can't tell me︁ why, they should respond with we can't disclose the reason so they are a bunch︂ of jokers.

So they work great till they don't.

Use them at your own risk.︃ Luckily, I'm paranoid, so I have a couple of alternatives

Same here, they closed my account out of nowhere and I still have like 5k‌ USD left.

However, I receive this account from uniqpayments so I'm hoping they can resolve‍ it but it's been a few months already.

They're a⁠ joke; no serious company would fail to respond to tickets and update the status to⁤ "awaiting customer reply" when the customer hasn't replied.

To be honest, I'm glad they closed⁣ my account after seeing this. Who says they won't do some crap and keep my⁢ money stuck for months?

Just so we are clear, it's not so much that they︀ closed my account, but how they went about it. They could have said anything as︁ a reason but this kind of a response is beyond funny

Have only received B2B‌ funds under 10K (from EU),no issues so far.

very useful information. I︁ have been using them for a least 6 years without problems, never with leaving lot's︂ of money with them. Will have to reconsider alternatives.
