There was some hubbub when they announced this last year. When you scratch the surface,‌ it's not that interesting.

It's just a personal checking account for residents to transact up‍ to 5,000 USD/month in crypto related activities. The amount can be increased with the bank's⁠ approval. It's better than what other banks in Panama are offering, but it's not suitable⁤ for business use or cashing out large sums of money.

Did anyone try this? Can you open it remotely or you need to travel to‌ do it?
