Company formation and merchant acc for shopify

I am from eu and i need register business to get business registered, merchant acc and bank acc in usd,now i am stucked only with paypal.. but cant withdraw money to local bank.. need bank acc in usd,if needed i can go out of shopify and use woocommerce

hmmm, why don't you register a local company and ask the bank to provide you‌ with a USD bank account? that's pretty simple! Most onshore and offshore banks provide multi‍ currency accounts today.

You may setup a Cyprus company with banking in Cyprus, appoint nominees and apply for‌ an EU merchant account, make use of the DTA between Cyprus and your country! That‍ would be a legal setup.

Alternative, use darks with an offshore company i.e. Seychelles or⁠ Belize and open EMI account for banking + 2checkout, Stripe or similar processor for payment⁤ processing.

double taxation‌ prevention agreement with my country and report to authorities?
if i have company where my‍ country dont have agreement i need pay in both countryes corporate tax and income tax?⁠
