Chargebacks and guarantee with LLC selling digital products

Hey guys, I have an LLC selling digital products through Stripe.

Some of these products have a guarantee where you can ask for a refund in 14 days after your order.

Is there a way to win chargebacks when people don't meet the requirements to ask for the refund? Like if I put some specific conditions into the guarantee but they don't care and do a chargeback?

Winning chargebacks is⁣ difficult. You can put those things in the invoice it in your terms. But most⁢ likely, they will decide against you. You would need a very solid proof demonstrating why︀ they are not eligible.
