Can IFZA freezone company own real-estate in Dubai ?
I try to search online for this. Little confuse over this.

Can IFZA freezone company buy property in Dubai?
First for residential Property
For pesonal use
or
Rent out and earn income.

Is it possible to buy commercial property in IFZA freezone in the name of its company and earn rental income ??

Can anybody help on this ??

I talked with a consultant and he said that currently, IFZA cannot issue NOC‌ since the DLD does not accept them, is it through? Was someone successful in buying‍ an apt with an IFZA company in Dubai Marina o Downtown?

They can issue a NOC and of course it's accepted by the DLD.

an IFZA consultant currently said that the NOC they issue is not‍ accepted by DLD, he asked it two weeks ago. Some IFZA representative can confirm it⁠ is accepted and property can be bought with IFZA company?

I'm not even sure what you mean with this⁤ wording - I guess it's just one of there plenty of reseller who are popping⁣ up everyday and calling themselves consultant.
