I don't see‌ why you should have any problems to open more than one bank account for a‍ Seychelles offshore company if it is what you need.

With the list I can't help⁠ you, however, Barclays and HSBC may be the biggest (Offshore banks) !

They are both offshore banks since they have branches in almost any area or region‌ of the World..

You can apply for several bank account with several offshore banks at the same time,‌ why should it matter?
