yeah, unless I can refer enough people to it that I can do business with, she actually asked me to refer people to her.
what pisses me off though, is they wanted to know how I intended to use the account. they could have told me it would be useless for me.
Its 99% useless, I can see a use for it though if you have a business that struggles to get traditional banking.
Seems easy to set up accounts, and can send funds in via debit Visa cards, order their virtual card and spend to manufacture a banking history, even if it only gets me a swift connected Cambodian bank in the future it was a good exercise.
