I have a french friend (who lives in France) who wanted to buy an american car from a polish importer.
He wanted to know how to reduce taxes and maybe there is a solution like the following :
1) create a company in Estonia
2) open the company bank account (in the same country?)
3) buy the car with the Estonian company which could avoid to pay VAT (B to B)
4) rent the car to my french friend ?
This example above is just an assumption, as I don't really know how this purchase in that context is possible.
