Business Partner for Scalable Online Venture (Long Term)

I run a profitable online business in the SMM (Social Media Marketing) niche with consistent monthly revenue. I’ve recently stepped away from my previous company structure due to ongoing travel, and I’m now looking to re-establish operations through an offshore setup for greater flexibility.


I’m open to either founding a new offshore entity or partnering with someone who already has an established business (offshore preferred, but not required). The model would ideally include nominee services, payment processing access, or general infrastructure support.


To be clear:

• Chargeback rate: ~0.2–0.3%
  
• Client base: 70% U.S.,20% EU/UK,10% Rest
  
• Revenue: $10K+ per month, with clear room for scaling to 20k, 30k and more. (Will probably hit 30k by end of the year!)
  
• Experience: Years of operational history,I can provide full transparency to prove legitimacy
  

My request is serious and aimed at building a long-term partnership, where you'd receive a revenue share or other agreed benefits. I also have access to payment processors willing to onboard this kind of business directly, or we could explore stealth alternatives.

So just to be clear, what you're expecting from your investor or partner is that‌ they bring an offshore company, already have a payment processor in place, and take full‍ responsibility by acting as the director and being either the full or partial owner.

I am behind the scenes, yes.

Its selling‍ streams, followers business. Years of history, below 0.5% CB rate, many returning customers
