1. It depends on the country / IP where‍ you open (and access) the account from, as Binance's modes of operation are different from⁠ country to country. The account is a >5 years old as well, and they haven't⁤ asked any questions till today.

2. Well, they get 'someone's" bank account info. Not so⁣ hard to delegate that, don't even need darks for that ;-)

3. Crypto is not⁢ recognized or regulated where I am, without regulation no taxes. Feels like 2011.

Actually the transfer takes less than 1 second via qr code, the 1‍ - 8 minutes is the whole P2P process from starting
the trade until finish (as⁠ long as you don't do it after 11pm ,when everyone already drunk having fun at⁤ some karaoke).

I just signed up when it wasn't needed, and I am using an⁣ IP where it's still not needed.
To be frank, all my crypto exchange accounts are⁢ non-kyc, and if any of them ask for my private info I just stop using︀ them. Doesn't everyone?

Every exchange has its advantages and disadvantages for⁠ different trades regarding trading fees, easy UI, P2P offerings, volume and different financial instruments (options,⁤ futures, staking, earning etc). Not to forget their promos like no-loss-bonuses for futures trading, which⁣ allow you to experiment with diverse new instruments without risking a loss. I always look⁢ for new ways to squeeze even more yield out of my holdings.

It's like supermarkets︀ or convenience stores, you don't frequent only one of them, some have different offerings, some︁ have better prices, and some you just like because you got used to.

It compares kraken and binance well, yet I'm still more satisfied with kraken than binance‌ for crypto exchange and trading.

Isn’t it fair to say by now that Kraken has more or less caught up‌ with Binance and offers just as much?
I’ve had a Kraken account for years and‍ never once had a serious issue, anything that did come up was resolved quickly and⁠ professionally.
Am I really missing out on anything by not using Binance?
