Beware of TORVPS

I ordered a dedicated server from them last month and paid using bitcoin.

It's been several weeks now and I still haven't received any kind of communication from them. I opened several tickets and still no response.

Perhaps they are out of business now, who knows.

They are using Coinbase Commerce for payments. Should I contact Coinbase and file a complaint?

Why not? You've paid and haven't received anything...

That won't work, even if they decide in your favor you won't get your payment back.

Thats what I was thinking...lol. How they gonna reverse a bitcoin payment anyway. I wouldn't waste their time. Even on coinbase commerce homepage it states clearly🙁
