Best way to open offshore bank account, Im lost???

What is the best way to open a offshore bank account in Cyprus, Seychelles, Belize or Hong Kong?


I mean, do I need to visit the bank, will I need a nominee director to sign the account opening, and how secure is my money?

First of all for Seychelles, Belize and Cyprus I know it is not required to‌ visit the country to incorporate a company there, further, for Seychelles and Cyprus I know‍ as well it is not required to visit the country nor the bank to open⁠ a bank account.

That's correct, you don't need to visit Cyprus to open⁠ a Cyprus bank account nor do you need to visit the Seychelles to open a⁤ Seychelles (Barclays) bank account!
