The way some people live in SEA is the same how exapts felt invincible in Eastern-Europe‌ in the 90s.
"Those weak governments are scared to touch any income from USA or‍ Western-Europe, just move there and don't report anything, even if they wanted to tax they can't even get info about my offshore companies, I'm spending in their countries and bringing⁤ in free money for them anyway"

If you want to gamble and pay no tax⁣ just go live in the desert with the arabs or go to SEA.
Works until⁢ the local police chief decides to put foreigners who are living there for years to︀ jail until they pay 35%.

I'm not saying SEA will be more strict with foreigners︁ soon, but this can change anytime, especially if the conflict between the West and East︂ intensifies.

If you want to be safe just pay 1x % in Switzerland or Eastern-Europe.︃

They might not if they don't find out, but they increasingly do, with the help of‌ tools such as CRS.

Works as long as there are intentional workarounds or you can⁤ bribe anyone to bypass any rule at every layer of the society.

The only relevant⁣ indicator to watch out is the corruption level.
Only lowering it down drastically be it⁢ in SEA, South America, Africa... will lead to strict law enforcements.

Nam is not part of‍ CRS

It aint that 'I feel invincible', its that︆ my set up is tight and I dont make any money. I have been living︇ of savings for the last 3 years and will be able to continue for the︈ next 7 most likely at this rate.

Its more likely that I become a priest before this happens in TH, VN, and︋ the likes...

Could you tell me about the Greek flat tax regime? Also,⁤ can an Italian citizen (But not a resident) such as myself sign up?

That is very important to‍ me, thank you. I am curious but understand if you don't want to answer, what nationality best describes you?

Could be a decent choice for a few years at least, e.g., Operating as a branch‌ office of a foreign entity in Ireland (avoid WHT) + non-dom residency.

The only drawback is their rental prices. In the last couple of years they've gone through‌ the roof. To get anything decent you will have to pay EUR 2500+ per month‍ and the demand is high. For one letting there could be up to a hundred inquiries. In comparison in Sofia you can get the same quality apartment for about EUR⁤ 500.

yeah the jewish would let millions of jew-haters in the country.︀ yeah that makes perfect sense. I'd suggest you do your research instead
