Would the setup also require a Foundation (For example a Seychelles Foundation)⁠ to own the shares of the company and act as the UBO or would it⁤ be sufficient for this offshore individual to just be the director and shareholder. Would he⁣ be the beneficiary owner. Many Jurisdictions like Gibraltar require the UBO to be disclosed privately.⁢

Yes, you can⁣ use a UK Trust for example. If you have the nominee director as shareholder, make⁢ sure you take somebody you can trust. In any case, it will be more troublesome︀ to open bank accounts if the UBO is a trust etc. You may have a︁ more limited choice of banks accepting you.
