Best Off-Shore Bank that accepts warez

Hello,

As stated in the title, I am looking for a way to accept payments for my forum.
This forum links to different materials that are not eligible to be shared by their authors so they could be considered as copyright infringement materials, so basically warez.

So, could anyone recommend a solution?

It won't work like that. You will have to setup a cover business or go‌ with some of the very shady payment processors. How much volume do you have per‍ month? what's your chargeback rate? where is your company located?

The volume / month is around 1000 EUR.
Chargebacks are around 1-2 / month.
I do not have an offshore company yet.

That's way to small to get anything workable! You want to setup a UK company‌ with some EMI and use their payment processint (Mister Tango can do that) until they‍ catch you. Once they catch you close the s**t down and repeat the process until⁠ you have some higher volume!
