Best high risk merchant account/ Payment processor for U.S Cards - Seychelles IBC and social Media Marketing business

Can anybody let know which High Risk merchant Account will work for our Seychelles IBC we are having social media marketing business and need processing for US/Canada and UK ( Global cards).

We checked durango but they are asking us to work with their partner ipaytotal which looks like a scam as per offshorecorptalk discussion forums.

No I am not. Instabill told‌ us that one UBO should be resident of Seychelles which we don't have or rather‍ can't have.
