Best agent or accounting service 2025 for a HK LTD and e-commerce activity

Hello, After several years in Hong Kong and many problems with my agent, I would like to change my configuration in HK. At the moment, my agent is also in charge of accounting, so I think it's common, but not necessarily a good idea to put everything in the same place.

Do you have any good agents or accounting services to recommend? If so, how many years have you been with them? If you can give me an estimate of the price of accounting (1M HKD per year) that would be great.

I'm in an e-commerce business, so accounting invoicing has to be per revenue, not per transaction.

I've used https://asiabc.co/ a few times. They︁ were reasonable in terms of price for prepping the audit and submitting everything to IRD.︂ I last used them about 10 years ago, so I don't have any recent experience︃ to share.

Honestly, there are so many similar firms in Hong Kong that you shouldn't︄ have any issues finding one that suits you better.

What are the going rates for an accountant in Hong Kong? Anyone know what they‌ charge per hour? Same question for a bookkeeper.

If they're cheaper than in Europe, it‍ might actually make sense to use one of the big tax firms in HK.
