Yes that is sure, But my problem is not solved in this moment,‍ funds are blocked. So I would like to know if after account closure they correctly execute the order.
As far as I know clients funds are segregated. So they should⁤ have no interest to keep the account freezed for a long time: the unic effect⁣ is destroying their reputation. Perhaps do they take a yield from segregated funds?

Unfortunately, this is very common. If it's a substantial amount, you might need to reach‌ out to the CEO directly or pay a visit to their office. Consider hiring a‍ lawyer to send a formal letter. A bank shouldn't be allowed to hold funds for more than 1–2 days, that's just insane.

If you have Source of Funds docs, speak to a lawyer, don't wait more.
