Which Cyprus banks don't require Skype meeting when opening bank account with them?

Well it will depend on what business you are into and how risky your business‌ looks to the bank. Some people don't need to get a Skype interview because their‍ business is simple to understand while others need to go through an interview!

Most of the banks that open remote don't require a Skype interview if you use‌ a reliable introducer!

I have contacted somes banks in Cyprus...
All same answer : "needs agents"

You definitely need a local introduction to open accounts in Cyprus.
