I need and want to know how I can open a offshore bank account for a PSP (payment service provider) business?


Most are asking for a financial license but actually we don't need one in the country (Norway) from where we operate:s-confused: What to do?

Where do you want to open the offshore bank account? From other threads you posted‌ it seems you are looking in the direction of Uruguay and Mauritius, please confirm?

I was actually looking into Mauritius and Uruguay, can you help or do you have‌ other suggestion for reliable offshore banking?
