I live in the UK. I want to know if there is any minimum income to have to pay tax from the offshore company. I have not yet decided the place for the company. Will that have any impact?

All income from that company will have to be taxed if you are a UK‌ citizens, you may speak with a local tax adviser to get an workaround I have‍ heard about but which I'm unable to publish here because of several reasons.

I read on some other topics if you are non UK resident you can do‌ business tax free in the UK correct?

In a few other threads when searching on UK citizens on this forum I read‌ that it change if you are non UK resident.

Yes that wold‌ be a game changer, you have many more options in the UK to avoid tax‍ at all including many other benefits. As already mentioned you may speak with a UK tax lawyer or tax adviser to get a better picture of your options.

Thank you Admin, will have a look at these law firms and try to get‌ in touch with them.

I think you have to pay an income tax on any income\profit you make annually...‌ Though if your profit is small then it is negotiable to almost free. There are‍ slabs applicable to all type of profit

I guess tax calculations would be the same as your company operating in the UK.‌ But there would be ways of tax evasion.

In my country, there is a limit to who are those who needs to pay‌ income tax. But sadly when you reach the threshold value and you need to pay‍ tax, its gonna hurt your business pretty bad.
