Anyone heard of PayBoutique – gateways

Hello guys,
Has somebody heard of PayBoutique – gateways, because we haven’t?
They contacted us‌ by e-mail and offered us a suggestion for our website (we offer high risk services‍ in the tourism industry ).
Our company is registered in Marshals and we have some⁠ difficulties being approved from any payment gateway so far, but from PayBoutique confirmed that this⁤ is no obstacle for them and we can proceed in working together.
We checked in⁣ the official Visa webpage and indeed they have a license. But still we are concerned⁢ since they are not so widely spread amongst the web auditory and their website is︀ not very well constructed.

Has somebody worked with them?

We will be extremely grateful if︁ you provide us with some feedback.

Anyone who is promising you things like that is not playing by the rules. Sometimes‌ that works. Sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, it's you – the merchant – who‍ suffers.

They look like just another Russia/CIS payment gateway flaunting the rules. They will probably⁠ use your volumes to pad all the unlicensed forex and/or miscoded gambling they process.

Checked and they're on a list of processors I've been in contact with but decided‌ not to pursue. So no, I haven't actually worked with them.
