Anonymous e-commerce payment scheme.

Hello!

I want to sell digital products on shopify and I want to be 100%‌ anonymous. I have thought about this finance scheme - Payment Processor (Stripe or 2Checkout), bank‍ account where money can be deposited from payment processors and crypto exchange to change FIAT⁠ to BTC. All accounts should be on the same person. Anyone can help to prepare⁤ this structure? Or maybe someone has any other ideas how to collect money and get⁣ it by cash or any other form?
