Hi lets say a person from Germany wants to sell on Amazon FBA USA (import directly from China to USA)
He forms USA LLC in Delaware let's say and then what taxes is he obliged to pay ?
In USA only the sales tax? (Amazon can settle on behalf of sellers) and yearly franchise tax ?
30% Witholding tax doesnt refer to amazon FBA, only royalties, dividends?
No income tax in USA?
Then he needs to pay the income tax in Germany but would he need to open a company in Germany as well ? I think yes? Thanks
