Airwallex RFI?

I tried to transfer $10k from Airwallex (non-resident US LLC) into my personal name. Next day I got RFI that I ignored becasue this transfer wasn't a priority.

I re-tried transfertting $10,000 again in two weeks and got instant rejection. Then tried with just $100 and again instant rejection. No explanation.

What document do I send them to show that I am withdrawing dividents?

Did you write to support and explain the situation? This is mostly due to their‌ algorithm that blocks B2C transactions (Airwallex is very sensitive to B2C transactions).

To Airwallex, it looks⁤ like you're trying to evade providing document for a transaction. That's very suspicious behavior.

Just show them the accounting records and the board resolution approving the dividend.⁣ If you don't have that, now is a good time to get started.
