Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and a newbie in the Offshore world. I hope this is the right section for my query. I explain my case to see what you think and if you can help me.
I live in Spain and there I have businesses related to nautical. I am registered and pay my taxes for these businesses here in Spain. Now I am starting another boat rental business as tourist apartments, without the option of navigating all this through AIRBNB and BOOKING, there is no specific legislation for this since nautical charter is always contemplated.
My idea is to flag︀ the ships outside of Spain (totally legal here) and create an offshore company so that︁ Airbnb bills me to this company.
The main need and reasons for this is that︂ there is no specific regulation for this business and I do not want my name︃ to appear in the Treasury due to future tax problems.
Obviously saving on taxes is︄ another reason.
