Well, Google Spreadsheets are not a proper place for storing such a potentially sensitive information, in my deep opinion.
As I have mentioned, we can (and will) think in our moderators' lounge about whether it could be eventually done here under the umbrella of OCT... (It does not mean that this is the only possibility; and I am even not sure that it is the best option, it has to be dicussed.)

I can share the current (intermediary) results of a moderator team discussion:
1) We agreed that the idea was good and we liked it.
2) At this moment we have not a clear concept how to make it working – to explain, currently we are in the process of testing the major upgrade of Xenforo (forum engine) to version 2.2.3, to be able to migrate OCT to the new platform. The changes are mostly internal (you will not notice so much) but substantial, customizing is required. When it's done (probably in weeks), we'll get back to this and hopefully see some way, the new︀ platform might be better for such a task.
Any more input is welcome here. Today︁ I am leaving for a two week holidays, including i.a. a digital detox (there is︂ no internet on a certain secret place 😉 ); when I come back, I will take︃ care about this again.
