I just got a $4M payment on PayPal. It's pending right now. I suspect it is fraud. What can I do to protect this money to make sure it can't be taken back if we get a chargeback? thanks.

There is nothing to do. If PayPal decide to revert the transaction they will do‌ that. With 4M I think you will see the reverse soon 😀
