Instant seizure of funds, hours spent with support and compliance monkeys asking for "account statement with personal name" of outgoing wallet clearly treating wallets like bank accounts

Can't even outsource talking to them to my PA, as they require live photo ID on login.

Nothing solved after hours, said it has been escalated and waiting time to hear from them is 1 week

Just avoid Revolut with crypto, same crap as banks.
You will waste time trying to get your money back ...

Honestly haven't had any bad experiences with them at‌ all. Maybe I'm lucky. But considering they're a real bank I assume they're somewhat better‍ than Wise/Revolut

Consider filing a formal complaint with their financial regulator or ombudsman if you don’t see‌ movement in a few days. Those institutions often prod the compliance team to act faster,‍ and you’ll have a public record if you need to switch providers later.
