0% Corp Tax & Credit Card Processing for online biz?

Hi all, is there any jurisdiction that offers 0% corporate tax rate, bank account which‌ can be used to open a facility to accept credit card payments, such that when‍ I am ready to receive the dividends tax-free in another country I get the company⁠ to pay dividends to me by wiring to that country?

Interesting to learn if you found anything like that. Back in 2022 Dubai was still‌ 0% tax. If you choose Dubai back then where did you relocated to?
